Thank you for choosing WebBuilder (hereinafter referred to as "the Software")! This Agreement applies to WebBuilder purchased via retail orders on our official purchase page.

Prior to using the Software, please read and fully understand the entire contents of this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement"). We draw your special attention that clauses material to your rights and interests are marked in bold font for your priority review. You may only use the Software after you confirm full reading and complete comprehension of all terms herein. Please contact us anytime should you have questions regarding this Agreement or the Software.

1. "Geejing" or "We": Geejing Technology Co., Ltd., or any entity in which Geejing holds a direct or indirect equity stake of over 50%.
2. "You" or "User": Any natural person, legal entity or other organization that pays Geejing, its authorized agents, distributors or partners to obtain a license to use the Software.
3. "Server": Hardware devices where the Software is installed, including desktops, physical servers and virtual machines.
4. "User Count": The cumulative sum of the higher value between total registered users in the user table and active login session count across all Software instances deployed on one single server. Example: Two Software deployments on one server; Instance 1 has 100 registered users / 20 active sessions; Instance 2 has 10 registered users / 50 active sessions. Total licensed user count required = 100 + 50 = 150.

1. Perpetual use of the Software on your designated licensed Server.
2. Operation of the Software within the maximum licensed User Count limit.
3. You may create one or more copies of the Software solely for backup purposes.

1. Do not install the Software on any device other than your officially licensed designated Server.
2. Do not operate the Software beyond your licensed User Count quota.
3. You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, remove license restrictions, or attempt any action to retrieve the Software’s source code.

You receive free upgrades to all new Software versions for 2 years starting from your purchase date. Upgrades after the 2-year window require a new license purchase.

If you need to expand your licensed User Count, you may purchase additional user quota which will stack onto your original allowance. Key notes below:

1. Larger one-time user purchases receive better unit pricing; split incremental purchases for the same total user volume cost more than a single bulk order.
2. The 2-year free upgrade window remains anchored to your original initial purchase date after expansion.
3. If you hold an active technical support plan and expand user count, you must pay the price difference to match support coverage for the new total user volume.

Except for third-party components listed in Clause 6, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights covering the Software (including but not limited to source code, images, photos, animations, videos, audio, music, text and auxiliary programs) are owned or lawfully sublicensed by Geejing.

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Software and support services supplied by Geejing and its vendors are provided "AS IS". The express warranties outlined in this Agreement constitute the entire warranty coverage; no other express or implied warranties are granted, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for purpose, response accuracy, result completeness, or freedom from defects or vulnerabilities.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Geejing and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software (including property damage, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, equipment failure, document corruption), except for property losses caused by willful misconduct of Geejing or its suppliers.

If you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this Agreement, Geejing reserves the right to terminate your Software license immediately. Upon termination you must fully uninstall and delete the Software, destroy all installation media, copies, electronic and printed documentation, and compensate Geejing for all losses incurred due to your breach of contract.

By proceeding, you confirm you have fully read, understood, and agree to strictly abide by all terms and conditions stated within this Agreement.
