Install & Run WebBuilder

WebBuilder is a powerful platform for rapid web application development and deployment.

Download WebBuilder all for Linux: https://www.geejing.com/site/webbuilder-linux64.zip
Download a matching JDK for your server OS: https://www.geejing.com/download
Replace the original JDK inside the java-linux64 folder of the WebBuilder archive with your downloaded JDK, then follow instructions in readme.txt for subsequent steps.

Install any compatible JDK build such as OpenJDK, Oracle JDK or GraalVM for JDK. Example: OpenJDK 21 download: https://openjdk.org
Set up a web application server and configure its Java path to your installed JDK. Example: Tomcat 10: https://tomcat.apache.org
Install GraalVM JavaScript:
- Download the GraalVM JavaScript jar bundle under permissive open-source licenses: https://www.geejing.com/site/graal.zip. For Python support, use this link: https://www.geejing.com/site/python/graal.zip
- Extract all jar files from graal.zip into Tomcat lib folder.
Deploy the webbuilder folder to your web server. Example: Copy it to Tomcat's webapps directory.
Start the web application server.
Open your browser and access the WebBuilder homepage: http://localhost:8080/webbuilder
Log in with default credentials: Username admin, Password admin.
Open menu Samples to view demo projects.
Open menu Development Suite/Documents to access official docs.
Open menu Management Tools/About to check platform version info.
Open menu Development Suite/Development Environment to launch the integrated development environment.
Open menu Management Tools/Database Configuration to add your database, then click [Default] to set it as primary.
